Tillu Square Movie Story:

Lily (Anupama Parameswaran) enters the life of Tillu (Siddhu Jonnalagadda) after the Radhika episode. Both meet in a pub. They met word for word before. Then their lips met. After kissing both of them go into the room. Put a letter in the morning and it will be gone. Tillu starts searching for where she is with his thoughts. A month later Lily shows up at the hospital and says she is pregnant. He brings home that he will get married. Exactly on Tillu’s birthday he goes and calls her home. Going there… it’s Radhika’s (Neha Shetty) flat. The same flat where Rohit (Kirithi Damaraju) died.

Lily asks Tillu to help her older brother Rohit missing since a year. What happened after that? Why Indian Special Force came? What does India’s most wanted criminal Sheikh Mahbub (Murali Sharma) have to do with Tillu’s life? What happened in the end? You have to watch the movie to know.

Tillu Square Movie Analysis:

The success of ‘DJ Tillu’ is not about the story or the story…Tillu’s characterization, that character’s dialogue delivery and music! The directors and writers of ‘Tillu Square’ understand that very well. Since the audience is aware of Tillu’s character, they are given the entertainment expected from Tillu from the starting scene.

Music and cinematography played a key role in creating the vibe of Tillu’s character to entertain from the start of ‘Tillu Square’. The remix of ‘DJ Tillu…’ composed by Ram Miriyala and the song ‘Radhika Radhika’ is good. ‘O My Lily’ rendered by Achu Rajamani is also good. In terms of music, the main hero is the re-recorded Bheems. Tillu Vibe was seen not to be missed. At the same time… RR to Anupama near the interval, Radhika’s re-entry & RR in the climax elevate the scenes further. The production values are good.

The directors and writers who have succeeded in giving the comedy expected from Tillu… have not been completely successful in surprising and building tension in terms of story. The comedy will entertain till Tillu’s birthday. It is difficult for everyone to accept the twists that come after that. After the interval, the dose of comedy is reduced and the story goes more… those game plans are forced. That makes enjoying the comedy a bit less. But, the dialogues explode. Some of the punchy dialogues are laughable. They connected well with the first part but… the twists were not worked out in that range. Anupama’s reason for coming to Sidhu is not very convincing.

Tillu Square Movie Actors Performance:

Being an already done character, Sidhu Jonnalagadda acted in the scenes like a cakewalk. His energy, dialogue delivery, acting…everything is on a perfect note. No More Doubts… Tillu’s character will once again entertain the Telugu audience. A surprise package for them is Anupama Parameswaran. Her glamor became the discussion point in the teaser and trailers. Looked glamorous as the character demanded. But… more than the glamour, the twists and character transformations based on that character will surprise the audience.

Neha Shetty appeared in a guest role as Radhika. Her entry scene gives the moments that audiences want from Radhika. She looked beautiful in a black saree. Muralidhar Goud played the role of Tillu’s father and Praneet Reddy played the role of Marcus. Prince and Murali Sharma’s roles are limited in the story.

Tillu means entertainment! Anupama glamor added advantage (no more than teaser, trailer). People can happily enjoy the comedy without thinking about the story. Hard to expect more than that! Tillu’s magic worked out. But, the movie stops short of repeating the magic.
